With vast amounts of this rich data available, why do most sites insist on showing the same content to every visitor?

Our technology uses anonymous environmental, behavioral, social, and 3rd party data, and learns what variables are most predictive for specific segments of your audience. This learning is ongoing and in real-time so the optimization decisions made are always the best at that moment in time, whilst remaining flexible to change. And change happens both in the external environment (stock market, weather, competitor offers) and with individuals (location, device, visit frequency, product interest).

There are two key kinds of site optimization that Dynamic Creative Optimization enables:

  1. Promotion or product optimization – key areas above-the-fold on a home or landing page drive response. These high value areas typically hold product or promotions on rotation, or with some simple rules-based optimization.  SiteMatch replaces these with dynamic, highly responsive and targeted content – thus increasing conversion, and reducing bounce.
  2. Dynamic list optimization – often, when presented with a large choice of products, news articles or promotional content, visitors at best only view items at the top of the list, at worst they exit without making a choice. This puts pressure on ecommerce site owners to find ways to present the most relevant items at the top of the list.  SiteMatch builds a profile of the individual browsing the page and learns to pick the most relevant item to display to each visitor.

MatchMaker is our web-based application that enables us to develop dynamic content simply and quickly.  The tool uses standard approaches to quickly develop optimisation units with tens or even hundreds/thousands of potential variations – which gives our Matching Engine sufficient scope to optimize.
